Hi, I'm Noele. 👋

I'm the founder of Teenage Dirtbag™, a skincare therapist, product formulator, mum, and someone who has spent more than 35 years helping people feel more confident in their skin.

But if you asked me what matters most, it wouldn't be the qualifications or the years I've spent in the industry.

It would be people.

Because behind every breakout, every flare-up and every moment of self-doubt, there is a person with a story.
And that's the part I've always cared about most. 💛

🌿 More Than Skin

Over the last three decades I've been incredibly fortunate to work with thousands of clients, creating skincare products, running award-winning businesses, developing professional treatments and helping people navigate all kinds of skin concerns.

I've loved every minute of it.
Skin has always fascinated me.

Not because I'm chasing perfection, but because I've seen how much confidence can grow when someone begins to understand their skin instead of fighting against it.

Good skincare has never been about changing who you are.
It's about helping you feel more comfortable being yourself.

🏡 Where Teenage Dirtbag Began

People often ask where the idea for Teenage Dirtbag came from.
The truth is...
It didn't begin in a laboratory.
It didn't begin in a treatment room.
It began at home.
As a mum.
Watching someone I love navigate the challenges of growing up in today's world changed the way I looked at skincare forever.

I realised something that now sits at the heart of everything we do.

Skin is rarely just skin.

Behind every breakout is often a young person trying to find confidence.
Behind every insecurity is someone wondering where they belong.
And sometimes, what looks like a skin concern is actually someone asking for understanding.

That realisation changed the direction of my life.

🌱 Why I Created Teenage Dirtbag

I didn't want to create another skincare brand.
I wanted to create a place where skincare could become the beginning of something much bigger.
A place where teenagers and families could find trusted advice.
A place where questions are welcomed.
Where routines feel achievable.
Where nobody is made to feel embarrassed about their skin.
Where kindness matters just as much as ingredients.

That's why every product, every guide, every character and every idea inside Teenage Dirtbag exists.

To help teenagers feel more confident in their skin and more supported in their lives.

🌸 Spending time with the people I love.
